1. Agreement

By using this website or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. ratepath is not a lender

• ratepath is a marketing service. We are not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator or financial adviser.
• We do not take loan applications, make loans or credit decisions, offer or negotiate loan terms, or lock interest rates.
• We pass your request to an independent, licensed lending partner. Any loan is solely between you and that lender, which is responsible for its own offers, disclosures, underwriting and legal compliance.
• We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, approved, or offered any particular rate, amount or terms.
• Submitting the form is not a loan application.

3. Estimates

Figures shown on this website, including "You could pull out up to about", are rough illustrations based only on what you entered: 75% of the property value you gave, minus the loan balance you gave. They are not an offer of credit, a pre-approval or a commitment to lend. Actual amounts depend on the lender's review of the property, its rent, your credit and other factors.

4. No cost to you, and how we are paid

Using ratepath is free. The lending partner pays us when we send them your request. This may influence which lender we work with.

5. Who can use ratepath

You must be at least 18, own the property or be authorised to act for its owner, and give accurate information. The phone number you enter must be your own or one you regularly use.

6. Consent to calls and texts

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you give your express written consent, by electronic signature, for ratepath and our lending partners (listed in the Privacy Policy), and anyone calling on their behalf, to contact you at the number you provided about your request and about mortgage products. This includes phone calls and text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice.

Calls and texts about your loan request come from our lending partners, which are solely responsible for how and when they contact you.

• This applies even if your number is on a federal, state or company Do Not Call list.
• Consent is not a condition of buying any property, goods or services, or of getting a loan.
• You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling the caller, or emailing support@leadbricks.io.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You confirm that you are the subscriber or regular user of the number, and you agree to tell us if it changes.

7. Your credit

ratepath does not check your credit. The lending partner may ask for your permission to check it.

8. No advice

Everything on this website is general information. It is not financial, legal or tax advice.

9. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information or another person's details without their permission, and do not copy, scrape or interfere with the website.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to ratepath. Other company names and marks belong to their owners.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the acts, offers or decisions of any lender.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ratepath is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, and our total liability to you is limited to US $100.

13. Changes and contact
