ratepath is not a lender. We ask a few questions about your rental property and pass your request to our lending partners (listed in section 4) so they can contact you about a loan. Those partners pay us. We do not sell your details to anyone else.

1. Who we are

ratepath ("ratepath", "we", "us") is a marketing service operated by Lead Bricks, Avenida del Norte 2, Las Pérgolas 5, 29660 Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, Málaga, Spain. Questions about this policy go to support@leadbricks.io.

ratepath is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not make loans or credit decisions.

2. Information we collect

• What you tell us: property type, estimated value, loan balance, credit score range, timing, property state, your name, email address and mobile number.
• What is collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, the form steps you view, the ad or link that brought you here, and the date and time you gave consent.
• Cookies and pixels: we use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure our advertising.
• Consent records: we may use a third-party service to record how the form was completed, so we can show that consent was given.

3. How we use it

• To estimate what you might be able to borrow.
• To pass your request to a lending partner so they can contact you.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To keep a record of your consent.
• To measure and improve our advertising and this website.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We send your request and contact details to our lending partners listed below, based on the state your property is in, so they can contact you about a loan. Each partner is independent of ratepath and handles your information under its own privacy policy.

We also share information with:

• Service providers that work for us: website hosting, our customer database, analytics, advertising platforms such as Meta, and consent-record services.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

The lending partner pays us when we send them your request. Some state laws, including California's, treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Section 8 explains how to opt out. We do not sell your information to data brokers or call lists.

5. Calls and texts

When you tick the consent box, you agree that ratepath and the lending partners listed in section 4 may call and text the number you gave, including with automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice, even if that number is on a federal, state or company Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of getting a loan or buying anything.

Calls and texts about your loan request come from our lending partners, which are responsible for how and when they contact you.

You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, tell the caller, or email support@leadbricks.io. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing, other than the lending partners you asked to hear from.

6. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to see which ads lead to visits and completed forms, and to show our ads to similar audiences. You can limit this in your browser settings and in your ad preferences on Meta.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. We keep consent records for as long as needed to show that we complied with the law.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. To use any of these rights, email support@leadbricks.io. We will not treat you differently for doing so. If you opt out before we send your request, we cannot connect you with a lender.

ratepath is operated from Spain, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation may also apply. We process your information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running this service. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Your information may be processed in the United States and the European Union.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website or transmission is completely secure.

10. Children

This website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
